Each item in our boutique is meticulously hand-crafted and thoughtful attention is given to every detail from the selection of fabrics to triple-stitched construction of the beds. Fabrics are cut to accentuate their pattern. If a single thread is out of place, it is pulled and re-sewn. We’re here to assist you in becoming worthy of your dog’s devotion…only the best will do! It’s not always easy to shop online, is it? We may say our beds are luxurious, but how do you really know? You need to see the fabric first-hand and feel the downy softness of the kapok stuffing to really appreciate it…don’t you? We’d be happy to assist you with a complimentary sample. Just drop us a line at info@belladogga.com, let us know which fabric you’re interested in and where to send it. It may be just a handful, but we’re confident that once you get your paws on it, it will leave you wanting more!
Special Requests We welcome and encourage special requests. Is there a certain fabric you’d like to see offered in our boutique? Do you have your own fabric you’d like made into a bed, collar, or lead? Ask, and ye shall receive! New Products We’re constantly adding new products. Beds made with organic fabrics and collars made with hemp webbing will soon be available, as well as one-of-a-kind items made with recycled and vintage fabric. Privacy Policy We will never share your personal information with a third party for any reason. Security Bella Dogga has been certified and authenticated by Thawte. Thawte describes the process like this..."Authentic Sites use SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site, [Thawte] has checked and verified the company registration documents, the site's registered domain name, and the authorizing contact at the company all according to the strongest identity authentication standard today." We use Paypal to process transactions. Paypal uses the “Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)” to keep your information safe. Bella Dogga is a Paypal Verified seller, meaning we have successfully completed the steps to establish our identity with them and increase security for you. We use Paypal to process transactions. You don't need a PayPal account to pay for an order...they are simply our payment processor. To pay with a credit card, complete the order and address information, then choose "pay with Paypal' (again, just our processor) and don't forget to select free standard shipping for domestic orders. Continue through to the page that says, "Don't have a PayPal account?" to pay with the credit card of your choice. You may also place your order by phone, if you'd prefer...just call us at 678.648.7166 and we'll be happy to assist you.
Shipping Since all of the items in our boutique are hand-crafted, please allow up to two - three weeks for processing. Domestic orders will receive free standard shipping to the contiguous United States. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped and provided with a tracking number. We appreciate your patience during the custom construction of your order! Returns For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns of dog beds. In addition, each bed is custom made to your specifications and unique to you and your pup. We'll be happy to send you a complimentary fabric sample and answer any questions you may have, so that you are completely comfortable and confident placing an order.
